Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. Provider and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the web application "CiteTop" (the "App") and related online services. Provider: Antom Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) Am BioPark 13 93053 Regensburg Germany Email: info [at] antom.media Our offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal persons under public law and special funds under public law. We do not conclude contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB. By registering, you confirm that you use CiteTop as an entrepreneur in the course of your commercial or independent professional activity. We may request proof of your business status, e.g. your VAT ID or an entry in the commercial or trade register. If an account was registered with false information, in particular regarding business status, we may block it and terminate the contract for good cause.

2. Service Scope

The App provides SEO and GEO analytics features, including keyword research, site audits, rank tracking, competitor analysis, AI visibility monitoring, and related data-driven modules. The service is functionally comparable to common SEO SaaS tools (e.g. Semrush or ahrefs), but no identical feature depth is owed.

3. Registration and Account

Use of paid features requires registration. Users must provide accurate and complete information and keep credentials secure. Registration is only possible with a work email address on your own domain. Addresses from free-mail providers and disposable addresses are excluded. Users are responsible for activities carried out via their account to the extent they are attributable to them.

4. Pricing, Billing and Payment

The prices shown on the pricing page at the time of checkout apply. Unless explicitly indicated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable VAT. Billing cycles: - monthly - yearly Charges are due at the beginning of each billing period via the payment method available in checkout (e.g. card and, where enabled, additional Stripe-supported methods such as SEPA).

5. Free Plan, Term and Cancellation

The permanently free Free plan is available for trying the App. It includes a one-time starter quota: it does not renew monthly and does not expire. Once it is used up, you can continue with CiteTop Credits or a paid plan. We do not offer a free trial for paid plans. A paid subscription starts when it is completed at checkout and is charged from that moment. Cancellation logic (as communicated in the product FAQ): - Monthly plans: cancellable any time effective at the end of the current billing period. - Yearly plans: cancellable effective at the end of the current annual term. Cancellation ends access at period end; paid features remain available until then.

6. Plan Changes, Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades are possible at any time. Price differences may be charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades may only become effective after cancellation of the current plan or at the next valid period change due to technical and billing constraints.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to paid plans in line with the FAQ. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of a paid plan per account and may be excluded in cases of misuse or circumvention.

8. License and Acceptable Use

For the subscription term, users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App within contractual limits. In particular, the following is prohibited: - unlawful or abusive use, - automated bulk querying beyond plan limits, - circumvention of technical safeguards, - sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties.

9. Availability, Warranty and Liability

The App is provided as a SaaS service. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed; maintenance windows, security updates and outages may occur. The Provider has unlimited liability in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and where mandatory law so requires. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage. To the extent permitted by law, liability for lost profits, missed SEO outcomes, or indirect consequential damages is excluded.

10. Data Protection and Final Provisions

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on behalf of the customer, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR applies. It forms part of these Terms and is available below as a PDF download. German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For merchants and public-law entities, exclusive place of jurisdiction is Regensburg. If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Applies upon acceptance of these Terms, no signature required. Includes the description of the processing, the technical and organisational measures and the list of sub-processors.
